We often hear from many Islamic scholars that in the age of Jahiliyyah, girls were buried alive, and the merciful Prophet, the women-loving Prophet, supposedly came and stopped this practice. Yet no such source is known. On the contrary, reading the history of Khadijah and other women, it seems that women actually held power at that time. But did the Prophet really feel love for the girls who were buried alive? Did he grieve for them? The Prophet Muhammad said that among the polytheists, those people who buried their daughters alive will go to Hell; and those children who were buried alive, who had neither sin nor virtue, will also go to Hell (( Sunan Abu Dawud, Islamic Foundation, Hadith: 4642 )) -
