Introduction

In many hadith collections, this very narration has come directly from multiple narrators that the Prophet Muhammad had 9 wives and 2 slave girls. He had intercourse with them in turn on the same day or night. On this matter, the Companions around him or the men on guard would whisper among themselves: did he really possess that much strength? They kept discussing this capability of the Prophet among themselves — the Prophet was given the strength of thirty men. That this strength was not merely the strength for exchanging pleasantries but sexual strength becomes clear the moment one reads the hadith. This account has been included in the chapter of Ghusl in many hadith collections, because from this hadith it is learned that after having sexual intercourse with multiple wives on the same day or night, a single Ghusl at the end is sufficient.

Sexuality is a very natural human need. What a healthy, normal person does with the person they love is entirely their personal matter. But the innate instinct of most people is that they dislike seeing the person they love engaged in intercourse with someone else. This is as true for women as it is for men. For this reason, countless poems and novels have been written about it through the ages, because the natural behavior of most people is the desire to have the person they love for themselves. Just as a woman can be hurt if the man she loves has intercourse with another woman, in exactly the same way a man can be hurt if the woman he loves engages in intercourse with another man. If both of them are in an open relationship, i.e., a free relationship, that is a different matter. In a free relationship, just as a woman can have relations with multiple men, a man can too. The rights of both are equal here. There is no discrimination on the basis of gender. If that were the case, we would have had nothing to say. But whenever there is discrimination in the rights of women and men, it must be criticized severely.

She said: May Allah have mercy on Abu 'Abdur Rahman. I used to apply perfume to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him); then he would have intercourse with his wives. Then in the morning he would enter ihram in such a state that the scent of perfume spread from his body.
(The statement of Abdullah ibn 'Umar (RA)): I do not like to enter ihram in a state in which the scent of perfume spreads from my body in the morning.

From the hadith above, we learn that because the Great Prophet possessed sexual strength equal to thirty capable men, he would have intercourse in turn with nine or eleven wives on the same day/night. This matter again became the subject of whispering among the Companions. The Companions would be astonished, wondering where he got so much sex from. Being astonished is natural. Having sex in turn with 9 or 11 women on the same day or night is impossible even for Johnny Sins, the biggest porn star of the present age. This hadith was narrated to Imam Bukhari with this very matter kept in mind, which is why Imam Bukhari included this hadith in the chapter of Ghusl. Along with that, he also gave it a heading.

Tahqiq al-Albani: Sahih li-ghayrihi. Takhrij al-Albani: Sahih Abu Dawud 214. Regarding the narrator Salih ibn al-Adkhar in the above hadith, Yahya ibn Ma'in said that he is not reliable. Imam Bukhari called him weak. Abu Hatim and Abu Zur'ah ar-Razi said that he is weak in narrating hadith. Al-Ajali said that his hadith can be accepted, but he is not reliable. The above hadith is sahih on the basis of a shahid (supporting narration).

Conclusion

Reviewing the hadiths described above and their explanations, what becomes clear is that alongside the polygamy of the polygamous Prophet Muhammad there was another sexual deviation called Hypersexuality, i.e., abnormally high sexual desire, which is a Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder (CSBD) formally included in the WHO's ICD-11. It is also called Harem Fantasy / Polygynous Sexual Desire.
